Meet Murpho

Murpho is originally from Southern California and got his start in the early 80s where building traditional, hot rod and Kustoms is where his passion began and so did his journey! As he relocated from California to the Austin, Texas area in 2010, He opened Murpho's Rods and Kustoms his shop started in a small, retro service station in South Austin, where he grew the business and his shop right into a 10,000-square-foot shop in the heart of Buda, Texas. In addition to publishing two of the greatest kustom culture magazines Car Kulture Deluxe and Ol'Skool Rodz. Now he’s building his future along side his partner Kollette Marie, landing them in Nashville, Tennessee where they now call Nash Speed their forever home.

Meet Kollette Marie

Kollette Is both an avid in Traditional Hot Rods and Kustom cars, She’s also a Kustom Culture enthusiast who has spent the better part of her lifetime giving back to the culture and helping others as she pursues her passions. Kollette started building 10 years ago. As she’s honed her skills as a metal fabricator and welder.  She’s now building alongside her partner Murpho at their Nashville Tennessee shop Nash Speed. She has accomplished so much and has inspired so many others to push on with their projects and hone in on their skills. Kollette is currently pushing forward to debut her a 1954 Kaiser Kustom. Some would say she’s a true ambassador of the Kustom Kulture.
